Eligibility criteria:
Four-Year College / University Degree + 36 months (4500 hours) of experience leading projects within the past eight years + 35 hours of project management contact hour training or CAPM® certification — OR— High School or Secondary School Diploma + 60 months (7500 hours) of experience leading projects within the past eight years + 35 hours of project management contact hour training or CAPM® certification.
PMP® Exam Snapshot
The exam is proctored and is taken online throughout the year. It consists of 180 questions which is a combination of multiple choice, multiple answer, matching, hotspot, and fill in the blank. Duration allotted is 230 minutes | No Negative Marking Questions are broken down into 3 Domain People (Power Skills); – 42% ; Process (Ways of Working) - 50%; Business Environment – 8% Content Coverage: 50% Agile, 50% Predictive.
Preparing for Certification
The certification is not easy to obtain.
